I really liked the quotes from the
Those who Don't vignette. This was by far my favorite vignette. I enjoyed the direct quote of "They are stupid people who are here by mistake". This obviously means that the people who got lost in her neighborhood were stupid. This really struck me about how passionately she feels about these people to say their stupid when she doesn't even know them.
The indirect quote is also from this chapter. "They think we will attack them with shiny knifes". This quote is indirectly stating that because of the mexican neighborhood they live in people think that they are dangerous. She is implying that the people in the world are all steriotypical and that she has been involved in that.
